Troubleshooting

Try this: Charge it using a regulated 5 V USB power supply and a cable in good condition. If you notice any odor, overheating, deformation, or battery swelling, disconnect it and contact support.

Try this: Check that the wireless receiver is properly connected, restart the controller and console, and wait a few seconds for automatic synchronization without pressing any buttons.

Try this: Keep the receiver visible and away from routers, Bluetooth devices, hubs, USB 3.0 cables, metal objects, and other 2.4 GHz equipment.

Try this: Turn off any other nearby receivers and synchronize one set at a time. If it continues searching for the previous set, contact support for the clean pairing procedure.

Try this: Turn off the controller, reinsert a genuine and reliable FAT32-formatted card, and try again. Never insert or remove the card while the controller is on.

Try this: Open Edit / calibrate, run the calibration again, and increase the deadzone only as much as necessary.
